In the face of the Covid-19 pandemic, Omnia CS has more than doubled in size, expanding into a new 8000sq foot manufacturing unit and increasing our capacity by 200%!
Not only has there been a factory expansion, this has also brought with it an increase in our workforce, which has also doubled in size since the Corona virus lockdown was first announced.
What is the secret of of our success? Les Meader, Managing Director said: “These have been trying and testing times for all businesses. Omnia has continued to run our manufacturing unit during lockdown, observing all government guidelines and keeping staff safe. Customers who may usually buy from Europe have looked to local companies to fulfil their orders and have found Omnia to be very much business as usual. This has meant that we are fulfilling orders for our existing customers and taking on new customers at the same time. Our order book takes us well into January 2022 and I can see us adding more workers to our manufacturing team over the next 12 months – we are delighted!”
