Portable Structures
Whether for the event and promotion industry, disaster and emergency relief or rental and hire, the Omnia portable structures range has been utilised in numerous projects worldwide. By definition, they need to be lightweight and robust for ease of assembly and dismantling. With the added benefit of being 100% recyclable, our sandwich panels can be reused at the end of their required product lifecycle. Our range has a proven record for durability and optimisation. The ability to cut, form and shape ensures that designers can optimise performance in the lightest method. Take a look at our range of caravan panels.
Staging and Flooring – our range of flooring offers unrivalled weight saving compared to conventional materials such as plywood and at a lower cost than aluminium and with less risk of theft!
Exhibitions and Events – the ability to produce bespoke products is a real benefit to this sector. Due to the weight advantage and robustness there is no need to accept single use when the Omnia range will keep delivering.
Sandwich panels are made by bonding 2 thin facings to a lightweight core material using adhesive bonding. The core separates the two skins, providing strength and durability. The way Omnia make their sandwich panels offers a high bending strength to weight ratio, making them ideal for improving efficiency and performance in sectors, such as automotive, locomotive, construction and aviation among others.
