Omnia Fused Sandwich Panel
Produced from polypropylene honeycomb and glass fibre reinforced face sheets, joined together by a lamination melting process, eliminating the need for adhesives. Our fused panels are clean, inert and can be recycled. As the face sheets’ matrix material is polypropylene (PP), it is possible to weld the panel with a PP welding rod by using our patented welding technique. Perfect for bespoke items requiring shape as well as enhanced structural integrity.
Thickness range: 14m and 17mm
UV skins – off-white PP skins providing further impermeability and UV protection.
Applications:  ideal for roofs (increased thermal and security protection) as well as folding and fabrication for toolboxes, containers.

FRP Sheet
Produced from the advanced continuous FRP skin line, made of high-strength chopped mattress, woven roving and high quality unsaturated resin.  The gelcoat on surafaces are FDA approved and friendly to food.  FRP sheets can be used on inner and outer surfaces of FRP composite panels as well as roofs of dry freight truck bodies.
Thickness range: 1.0mm-3.0mm
Maximum width: 3000mm**
Applications:  dry freight trucks, motor caravans, refrigerated, insulated trucks

Plywood Cored FRP Composite Panel
Made from prefabricated fiber-glass reinforced plastic sheet, high strength woven roving and water-proof plywood. Bonded together under high vacuum pessure.  The gelcoat on surfaces are FDA approved and friendly to food.
Thickness: 15mm,18mm, 21mm.
Maximum size: 16500mm long and 3000mm wide**
Applications: parcel truck, semi-trailer, logistics truck, overseas dry freight trucks

Plastic Honeycomb Cored FRP Composite Sandwich Panel
Made of of prefabricated fiberglass reinforced plastic sheets, high strength woven roving and plastic honeycomb sheets, bonded together under high vacuum pressure.  The gelcoat on surfaces are FDA approved, friendly to food.  Advantage: light weight, corrosion resistant, smooth and glossy surface, weather resistant.
Thickness: 15mm, 18mm, 21mm
Maximum size: 16500 long and 3000mm wide**
Applications: Parcel vehicles, Logistic vehicles, trailers, recreational vehicles, commercial vehicles, van lining & specialist flooring

PU Foam Cored FRP Componsite Panel
Made of prefabricated fiberglass reinforced plastic sheets as inner and outer surfaces, PU foam and core and high strength adhesive bonding together under high vacuum pressure.  The gelcoat on surfaces are FDA approved, friendly to food. Advantage: light weight,. high impact resistance and strength, corrosion resistant, smooth and glossy, weather resistant. good insulation.

Maximum size: 16500mm long and 3000mm wide**
Applications:  Overseas refrigerated semi-trailer, airline food trucks, refrigerated containers & semi-containers

XPS foam Cored FRP Composite Panel
Made from prefabricated fiberglass reinforced plastic sheets as inner and outer surfaces, PU foam ad core and high-strength adhesive bonding together under high vacuum pressure.  The gelcoat on surfaces are FDA approved, friendly to food. Advantage: light weight, high impact resistance and strength, corrosion resistance, smooth and glossy surface, UV and weather resistant.  Good insulation, easy to repair.
Thickness: 45mm, 70mm, 85mm
Maximum size: 16500mm long and 2900mm wide **
Applications:  overseas light weight refrigerated trucks & domestic light-weight refrigerated trucks

**widths greater than 2500mm may require increases in MOQ and additional freight charges
